Yummy yummy

I'm never having steak outside liao.

Just prepared and cooked my first steak ever. Yummy yummy! And it was so easy!

Got a pretty decent 250 g 1/2-inch thick slice of sirloin steak from Carrefour on Saturday after remedial at school. Marinated it with a lil bit of salt and plenty of chopped garlic and freshly ground black pepper. The latter result in the black bits you see below. But they dun taste burnt at all - very nice and sweet.

Left it the fridge overnight and cooked it using a frying pan at high heat for dinner. 2 minutes on each side. Yummy! And it only cost me $5.
